This is the community I call home.
Bradford combines established neighbourhoods, newer family communities, parks, growing amenities, and rural properties where the questions can change completely from one property to the next.
Innisfil
Lake Simcoe changes the character of Innisfil.
Waterfront homes, cottages, growing family communities, rural properties, resort living, and rapidly changing neighbourhoods make this a market where lifestyle and property due diligence often meet.
Newmarket
Historic Main Street.
Major shopping and amenities.
Established neighbourhoods.

Newmarket offers tremendous variety without losing its sense of community.
Aurora
I lived in Aurora myself, and I have always appreciated the balance it offers.
Beautiful family neighbourhoods, larger homes, golf, recreation, parks, an established downtown, and strong access through York Region give Aurora a polished but still community-oriented character.
Richmond Hill
This is where my story started.
I grew up in Richmond Hill and later lived in Oak Ridges, giving me a personal perspective on a community that has transformed from the much smaller town I remember into the city it is today.
Vaughan
My first condominium was in Woodbridge, but Vaughan extends far beyond one community.
Woodbridge, Maple, Kleinburg, Concord, Thornhill, and the Vaughan Metropolitan Centre can offer completely different lifestyles and real estate markets within the same city.
New Tecumseth
Alliston, Beeton and Tottenham each bring a different local identity and housing conversation.
Add the rural properties between them, and New Tecumseth becomes a market where location, services, land and property type all deserve a closer look.
Barrie
Barrie combines a waterfront city centre, established neighbourhoods, newer communities and commuter access.
The housing and lifestyle change considerably from downtown and the lake to the north end, south end and mature interior neighbourhoods.
