Innisfil, Ontario

Schools, Boundaries & Transportation

Choosing a home and choosing a school are often part of the same decision. Start with the schools located in Innisfil, then use the official address tools to confirm the designated school, program and transportation eligibility for a particular property.

Official sources reviewed September 2026

Start With the Address

Find the designated school for a property.

A nearby school is not necessarily the assigned school. Boundaries can divide streets and may change as communities grow.

Public board: Grade 1 applications are made in December of Senior Kindergarten. Late requests are considered after randomized lottery positions. Grades 2 to 8 use the board’s FI request process.

Catholic board: The board’s current FSL page describes Core French from Grades 1 to 12 and does not advertise a French Immersion stream. Confirm current programming directly with the board.

Transportation: Eligible French Immersion students may use centralized community bus stops. Parents or guardians are responsible for travel to and from those stops.
