COOKIES, META PIXEL AND ADVERTISING

After email verification, a strictly necessary secure cookie may be used to remember private guide access on the same browser for a limited period.
After a visitor voluntarily connects a property search, a secure cookie may associate later searches and property views on that browser with the visitor’s Real Geeks lead record for up to 180 days. This does not prevent anyone from browsing without an account.
The website uses the Meta Pixel, a technology provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. and its affiliates. The Pixel records events such as visits to the website, views of guide pages and a verified guide request after a visitor confirms an email address.
Meta may receive technical and usage information connected with these events, including cookie or device identifiers, IP address, browser information, referring information and the page or content viewed. We do not intentionally send the contents of form fields, guide-request email addresses, telephone numbers or other sensitive personal information to Meta through the Pixel.
